If you think you have enough time to market your business AND run your business all by your lonesome, you’re more nuts than I am. I’m the “sole” proprietor of Bowser Multimedia Productions, so I have an excuse; online marketing, social media, website development and multimedia production are all my jobs. Doctors certainly don’t operate on themselves, so maybe it would be wise for me to have someone else do the surgeries I need while I do surgeries for others, but I’m too much of a control freak to let that happen.
